WHY SWAZI KING MARRIES MANY WIVES ?

Is there a reason behind their tradition for the king to marry many wives? or is just the tradition.

From NJE YA BONGO.COM, we are still on research for her question/comment,our Mdau in South Africa is going to find suitable people from Swaziland to get the answer. But we know one thing for now that polygamy is legal in Swaziland, so we guess one reason would be the king has to have more wives than other male in the country - after all he is the KING !!!!
