Last year, Google introduced a free service to call cell phones and landline phones free of charge !
Wait ! it is not free for every country. In CANADA and USA it is free. In South Africa, it is free to call to those countries CANADA and USA only.
For other countries, google charges very small rates to make calls. How will you pay, you know the methods of settling online transactions ! use that.
